The payment schemes that we offer are flexible and tailored to the stages of
completion and the preferences of our clients - WITHOUT commission for the buyer.
We provide full assistance for bank consulting and lending.
The main schemes that we offer are:
- 20% of the transaction value on a preliminary contract and the remaining 80% on Act 14.
The construction of the “Sunny side” residential complex is secured with the investor's personal funds and has no encumbrances.
Building Management
The management and maintenance of the building will be carried out by the investor, with fees fixed and included in the purchase and sale agreement.
