Payment schemes
The payment schemes we offer are flexible and tailored to the stages of completion and preferences of our customers - WITHOUT commission for the buyer.
We provide full assistance for bank consulting and lending.
The main schemes we offer are:
- 20% of the value of the transaction of the preliminary contract and the remaining 80% of Act 14 ;
- 20% of the value of the transaction of the preliminary contract and the remaining 80% of Act 16 .
The construction of the residential complex "LIV" is provided with personal funds of the
investor and there are no encumbrances.
Building Management
The management and maintenance of the building will be performed by the investor, as fees are fixed and set in the contract of sale.
